Festival dei Castelli (Festival of the Castles) come back with third edition, it will select the Sammarinese entry for the North Vision Song Contest 23.

On Monday, 19 September 2017, SMRTV revealed information about the venue and the presenters. The show will be hosted in Serravalle. The presenter for the show is Ivan Olita. The capacity of the venue "San Marino Stadium" makes up about 7000 seats.
