The United Kingdom is (by statistics) one of the most successful countries in the contest, with fourteen Top 10 finishes, including one win, two finishes in 2nd place and a finish in third place. Success came to the United Kingdom in the sixth edition with Chlöe Howl winning with her song "Rumour".
Sweden is one of the most successful countries in the contest, having thirteen top tens including two victories. The first victory of the country was achieved by Malena Ernman in the third edition with the song "One Step From Paradise". However, Ernman also brought the first and to date only non-qualification to Sweden in the seventh edition, when she came sixteenth in the semi-final with the song "Perdus" and therefore failed to gain enough points to qualify for the final. The second victory was achieved by Loreen with her song "Statements" in the twenty-second edition. The country is currently ranked first in the North Vision Ranking of Nations while its worst placement was twelfth after the seventh edition.

Heart White ABOUT THE CONTEST

The North Vision Song Contest, often shortened NVSC, or NorthVision, is a song contest on Youtube held among the members of the North Broadcasting Union since March 2013 and is inspired by the Eurovision Song Contest. The current and official NVSC executive supervisor is Jan Simonis. Each country's head of delegation gets to select an entry for each edition either by internal or national selection. Then the countries get to vote for each show (pre-qualifying round, semi-final or final) to determine the qualifiers and the winner of the edition.
