North Vision Song Contest 35, often referred to as NVSC 35, will be the 35th edition of the North Vision Song Contest. The contest is expected to take place in Russia after their victory in the 34th edition.

Cyprus: CyBC confirmed that the country would withdraw for one edition due to poor results and budget cuts, while expressing its intention to return in the next edition.
Ireland: Despite initially confirming Ireland's participation, RTÉ eventually announced the country's withdrawal, citing internal issues and expressing its intention to return in the next edition.
